Arrange a Meeting
If after talking to us, you feel that you need more detailed information in support of a potential Virtualisation or Storage project, we can arrange for one of our consultants to visit you or for you to join us at our premises. This provides the forum for a more detailed discussion of requirements, technical and business background and any concerns that you may have. It is also an opportunity for us to demonstrate some of the products and technology that we feel may be of benefit to you. We would typically liaise simultaneously with senior members of the IT function and other senior management to ensure that all aspects of the business requirements have been understood and can be realised. All this costs you nothing but your time and comes to you with no further obligation on your part.

Recommendations
The fruits of our combined labours may be a summary document, drafted by your consultant, which details our conclusions and the information that you have requested. Should you wish, this can be in conjunction with a further consultant appointment, to give you an opportunity to clarify or discuss our findings and any points that this may raise. Alternatively you may choose to commission a full, quantitative study of your existing environment, and of your technical and business objectives. This can be delivered in the form of a feasibility study, cost benefit analysis and deployment plan; right down to a detailed BOM and resource estimates. Or anywhere in-between. You choose.

Project Support
Some companies will use our consultant’s formal findings and blueprints, in conjunction with their internal resources, to deploy their Virtualisation project. We are able to add value to this scenario by offering vendor-authorised training to the client’s IT staff to prepare them effectively for the work. Where you may perceive the need we are also able to provide consultants in the capacity of either hands-on project managers or mentors in support of your own staff to ensure a successful and timely delivery, first time. No company really benefits from a “poke-and-hope” strategy for their first experience of Virtualisation in a production environment.

Implementation
Where issues of scale or geograhpy, or the deadline for a project exclude internal delivery or it is that case that you would simply prefer a turnkey solution, Virbis is able to offer access to a full implementation team. This is tailored to meet the resource requirement for the project and consists of one or more on-site consultants and a technical team, all of whom will have been selected for their vendor-accredited qualifications and appropriate experience. The final stage would be for a senior Virbis consultant to meet with you, to ensure that the design requirements have been delivered to your satisfaction and, to formally hand-over your new Virtual Infrastructure.
